Refund and Returns Policy

We hope you and your dog love everything you order from The Dog Club. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns: You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase. Once your return is approved, items must be sent back within 14 days.

We cannot accept returns of perishable items such as natural treats or food products, unless they are damaged or defective on arrival.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the product is faulty.

Faulty or Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund and cover any return costs where applicable.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days, although bank processing times may vary.

Exchanges: Exchanges will be honoured where stock allows. If not, a refund or store credit will be offered.

Custom or Made-to-Order Items: Products created to specific measurements (such as fitted jumpers) may only be returned if faulty or not as described.
